Overview
Soulfully Encompassed is a new business offering Akashic Record Readings and holistic spiritual services. Its founder, Pamela Hansson, a High Priestess of the Rose Lineage, Magdalene Order, and Starseed, sought a brand identity and online presence that honoured her lineage, symbolism, and unique spiritual gifts.
The challenge was to create a logo infused with sacred geometry, spiritual symbolism, and cosmic aesthetics, alongside a one-page website that felt mystical yet refined, all within a two-week deadline.
Discovery & Research
Pamela provided a detailed creative brief and answered my brand questionnaire, outlining her vision, inspirations, and audience:
- Likes: Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood’s unapologetic Divine Feminine aesthetic, Scandinavian minimalism, galactic colour palettes, mystical cosmic imagery.
- Dislikes: Cheesy “over the top” spiritual tropes, overly corporate or generic branding.
- Audience: Primarily women, but welcoming to anyone aligned by shared energy and frequency.
To support the design, I researched sacred geometry, Rose Lineage symbolism, and cosmic visual references, ensuring the identity carried authentic meaning and avoided cliché.
My Role
- Brand Identity Design (Logo, Colour Palette, Typography)
- Web Design & Development (One-page responsive website)
- Tools: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress
The Challenge
Pamela’s vision was clear but multi-layered:
- Integrate sacred symbols, including the Rose, Serpent, and Merkabah (Metatron’s Cube).
- Reflect her Pleiadian Starseed heritage through a pastel-and-black palette.
- Avoid both “new age clichés” and overly corporate aesthetics.
- Incorporate light language codes channelled from Archangel Metatron.
- Deliver a streamlined one-page layout with booking functionality via Calendly and PayPal.
Key Goal: Create a mystical, cosmic identity that resonates energetically and visually with her audience.
The Logo Design Process
The logo needed to unite three symbolic elements:
- Rose – the Divine Feminine, spiritual evolution, opening of the heart.
- Serpent – wisdom, mysteries of the High Priestess.
- Merkabah (Metatron’s Cube) – guidance, soul travel, Akashic Records.
Process:
- Developed moodboards exploring cosmic, sacred geometry, and Divine Feminine references.
- Illustrated Metatron’s Cube in Adobe Illustrator.
- Explored rose and spiral motifs, refining with Pamela’s feedback.
- Tested serpent illustrations before evolving into a subtle “S” treatment using typography.
- Experimented with spiralling text to introduce flow and movement.
- Finalised a design balancing sacred geometry, organic form, and modern elegance.
The Website Design & Build
Structure: A smooth-scrolling one-page website with sections for:
What are the Akashic Records? • About Me • My Offering • Energy Exchange • Testimonials • Community Offering • FAQ • Contact • Light Language Codes • Calls to Action
Key Features:
- Akashic Records illustration integrated into a book motif.
- The FAQ section addresses common questions.
- Calendly integration for scheduling, with PayPal payments.
- Channelled light language codes styled as glowing cosmic elements.
- Typography and imagery aligned with the mystical aesthetic of the brand.
Development: Designed in Adobe XD, built in WordPress, and fully optimised for mobile. I also created custom documentation so Pamela could update and manage her site independently.
The Solution
The finished identity and website embody spirituality with authenticity, mystical yet professional, cosmic yet approachable.
- Logo: A fusion of sacred geometry and organic form, symbolising Pamela’s lineage and purpose.
- Website: A seamless, intuitive experience guiding visitors towards booking sessions.
- Visual Identity: A Starseed-inspired palette of soft pastels and deep black, grounding the design in both ethereal and earthly tones.
Final Designs
- Logo Reveal – Rose spiral with serpent “S” and Metatron’s Cube, blending sacred geometry and spiritual symbolism.
- Colour Palette & Typography – Dusky Pink, Downy Blue, White, and Black create balance and contrast. The logo typography pairs the decorative Snake Holiday font for the first “S” with Big Caslon Medium for the remaining letters, giving it symbolism and timeless elegance. To reflect this style in a web-friendly way, Baskerville is used for headings, while Roboto ensures clarity and readability in body copy.
- Sacred Symbolism – Integration of the infinity heart, Vesica Piscis, and glowing light language codes.
- Website Landing Page – Smooth scroll design balancing mysticism and clarity.
- Booking System – Calendly scheduling and PayPal payment integration.
- Testimonials Section – Client voices framed in sacred geometric shapes.
- Mobile Responsiveness – Optimised across devices while retaining the spiritual atmosphere.
Results
- Delivered within the two-week deadline.
- Pamela feels the brand authentically represents her personal and spiritual identity.
- The website now functions as both a booking tool and a powerful introduction to her offerings.

Learnings
This project highlighted the importance of deep listening to clients whose businesses are rooted in symbolism and spirituality. Translating complex spiritual concepts into design required sensitivity, but the outcome proved that mystical branding can also be modern, professional, and accessible.

Client Testimonial
“I had the pleasure of working with Gemma Bonham-Horton and her company White Rabit to conceive, design, brand and build the logo and website for my spiritual business. Gemma is well-prepared and organised in ensuring she receives a comprehensive briefing on the nature, identity, ethos and objective of your offering. She understands that this is your baby and she collaborates with regular check-ins so you can input on her evolving vision, while also investing her own expertise, talent and initiative to show you options you may not have considered. She is heart centred and passionate about what she does, she works tirelessly until you love it and then brings her own magic to make it even better than you imagined. I am very pleased with my logo and website. I’ve received many compliments on the distinctive, engaging aesthetics and the sleek, ease of design and functionality. I highly recommend White Rabit. Thanks Gem“.
